The REDARC SBC1210 12V 10A SmartCharge Battery Charger is an intelligent AC battery charger designed to automatically charge and maintain larger 12V batteries in cars, 4WDs, caravans, camper trailers and boats.

Designed for 12V batteries from 20Ah to 200Ah, the 10A SmartCharge automatically adapts its charging process to suit the connected battery. It's compatible with common battery chemistries including lead-acid, AGM, GEL, Lead Crystal and LiFePO4 lithium, making it a versatile workshop, garage and recreational battery charger.

Operation is deliberately simple. Connect the charging clips to the battery, plug the charger into mains power and press the ON button. The user-friendly display provides battery status information while the charger automatically manages the charging process.

Temperature-compensated charging helps optimise charging performance as conditions change, while built-in short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection provide additional peace of mind. Once charging is complete, integrated cable storage keeps the charger and leads neatly organised and ready for next time.

For vehicles and equipment that spend extended periods parked, the SBC1210 can also be used to maintain the battery and help ensure it's ready when needed. Optional REDARC SmartCharge accessories allow a permanent battery connection to be installed for even faster connection and charging.
