HellermannTyton HelaTape PROTECT250 is a high-temperature polyester fabric harnessing tape for bundling, wrapping and protecting cable looms in automotive and other demanding electrical applications. The flexible black cloth construction conforms easily around wiring and harnesses while providing strong abrasion resistance.
An acrylate-based adhesive provides heat and media resistance, while the tape remains stable across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. Resistance to temperature, humidity, ageing and rotting supports dependable long-term use in changing environmental conditions.
Each reel measures 19mm wide, 0.25mm thick and 25 metres long. The tape is halogen-free, self-extinguishing and compliant with RoHS and ELV requirements.
