The Hardkorr HKPBATTRAY240 Battery Mounting Tray is purpose-designed to securely mount compatible 240Ah Hardkorr lithium batteries in 4WD, caravan, camper trailer, marine and off-grid power installations.

Designed to accommodate Hardkorr batteries up to 494 x 191mm, the tray provides a secure mounting platform that can be bolted into your vehicle, trailer or boat. The battery is then held firmly in position using the included hold-down hardware and battery strap, helping prevent unwanted movement when travelling over corrugations, rough tracks or challenging conditions.

The HKPBATTRAY240 is manufactured from high-strength 1.5mm stainless steel with a durable powder-coated finish. A supplied EVA foam dampening pad sits beneath the battery to help absorb vibration and provide additional protection during travel.

Integrated cable management slots at each short end of the tray make it easier to create a clean installation. Battery cables can be routed down the ends of the battery and secured through the slots using the included zip ties, helping keep wiring organised and away from unwanted movement.

Everything required for the mounting system is supplied in the kit, including the battery tray, hold-down bracket, foam dampening pad, battery strap, mounting hardware and zip ties.
