The Bushman DF30-HD is a heavy-duty 30L 12V/24V drawer fridge freezer built for drivers and travellers who need genuine frozen storage in a compact drawer format. Unlike a typical drinks drawer, it can maintain -18°C in ambient temperatures up to 45°C, making it suited to frozen food and ice cream on remote trips as well as everyday refrigeration.

Its 25L usable drawer tub holds up to 28 standard 375ml cans upright, while stainless steel drawer runners, a steel slam latch and the Secop BDN50K compressor support long-term installation in 4WD canopies, touring vehicles, caravans and camper trailers. The thermostat can be set from -18°C to +6°C, so the same unit can operate as a deep freezer or conventional fridge.

The DF30-HD uses the same 440mm-wide, 310mm-high footprint as the DF40-HD and can be flush fitted into suitable cabinetry. Correct ventilation and direct-to-battery wiring are essential: allow a 40mm rear gap, provide two vents with 300cm² free area each, and have the installation completed by a suitably trained professional.
