The Amptron BluEdge 50A Smart DC-DC Charger is an advanced bi-directional buck-boost charger designed for modern dual battery, off-grid, marine and commercial power systems. Supporting 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V battery systems, it delivers intelligent charging from alternators, solar panels and battery-to-battery power transfer in a single compact unit.

Unlike conventional DC-DC chargers, the BluEdge features true bi-directional charging capability, allowing energy to flow between Battery 1 and Battery 2 when required. The integrated MPPT solar controller continuously optimises solar input to maximise charging efficiency, while automatic battery prioritisation ensures your auxiliary battery is charged first before maintaining the starter battery.

Designed for compatibility with AGM, Gel, Flooded and Lithium batteries, the charger automatically detects system voltage and can communicate with supported smart batteries via CAN Bus. Built-in Bluetooth functionality is available when paired with the optional display or Bluetooth dongle, providing system monitoring and configuration through a mobile app.
